This position provides clinical product operations support to multiple clients including UHCMR, for MTM project management, branding materials management, and vendor oversight of fulfillment processes.
Primary Responsibilities: Work directly with Product, Business and Operations cross - functional teams to design, develop and drive successful deployment of new and enhanced programs and operations Manage cross - segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing Influence operational actions across teams to ensure alignment; cohesive progress across technology, product, and service operations Navigate and influence multiple cross - functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges Oversee the timely and accurate development and maintenance of clinical product materials for multiple client groups, including UHCMR Coordinate external vendor fulfillment tasks including IVR, print, and fax modes of communication, and member opt - out requests Project management oversight on multiple product portfolios Contribute to product development efforts as assigned Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of Project Management / Product Development experience Strong persuasion skills and demonstrated evidence of innovative thinking and program development to make the health care system work better 2+ years health care experience Demonstrated experience managing change initiatives Strong skills presenting complex data and processes to stakeholder teams Strong process improvement skills / experience Ability to organize and thrive in a fast - paced environment and work with ambiguity Strong interpersonal skills that enable relationship building Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze and monitor results of outcome measures and assist in creating solutions Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight Experience with data analytic skills measuring process and outcome Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification (already obtained or working towards it) High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple competing priorities Vendor management experience (print production / fulfillment) Careers with OptumRx.
