  • Understanding of user networks strongly desired.

  • Previous experience in software applications support required.

  • Experience with software testing and training.

  • Understanding of internet browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome), firewalls, anti-virus applications and system administration.

  • Understanding of Windows Server Operating Systems.

  • Knowledge of User Accounts, User Groups and Permissions is desirable

  • Experience in using remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g. Go To Assist)
