IMMEDIATE NEED!! Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Help Desk Technician for one of our clients located in Irvine, CA! The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support to end users, on a variety of issues via telephone and or email/chat channels. They will identify, research and resolve technical problems utilizing effective tracking and monitoring technical tools and support documentation to ensure timely resolution.
