The Marketing Lead (Sr. Agent) is a position thatwould elevate an existing guest guide into a lead position. This positiondesigned to improve marketing program efficiency though supporting currentmarketing management and team members. This position would play a key role in developingand providing a career path for our future leaders.

Core objectives:

  • Act as a shift leader during gaps in managementcoverage. Current In House/CMP departments are staffed seven days per week andcover upwards to fourteen hours per day at multiple locations

  • Provide TO/Closer for other agents

  • Provide additional training for New Hire andstruggling Guest Guides and CMA’s

  • Provide a development opportunity for bench strengthto generate future leaders

Criteria for Marketing Lead

Candidate must have achieved the rolling 90 dayperformance metrics below:


105%of targeted Owner, and Non Owner Pen Rates

Criteria to Remain a Marketing Lead

  • Positions will be reviewed on a Quarterly basis

  • Marketing Leads must maintain the outlinedprogram performance metrics on a rolling 6 month average

    o Seasonalitycan be taken into account with EVP approval

    o Intent isfor Marketing Lead to take their turn in normal rotation, perform well, andassist other team members when available

  • Will participate in manager meetings, ongoingtrainings, etc… when asked by leadership

  • Work with whomever site leadership deems appropriate

  • Can be removed at the company’s discretion

  • Any Marketing Lead receiving a Final Written Warningwill be removed from Lead Position status.


  • Previous timeshare In House marketing experience required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred;

  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic.

  • Experience in sales is required
