In search for the perfect fit for a customer service position working between the computer and phone dealing with clients appraisers! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Place valuation orders with real estate appraisers in a timely and efficient manner
Facilitate the completion of the reports from order entry to completion
Maintain daily orders which can consist of outbound calls placed to vendors, receipt of inbound calls from vendors, order notation, identification and appropriate resolution of vendor profile issues and handling of transactional issues as directed by Management.
Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and vendors
Identify and correct deficiencies in order to increase efficiency and productivity
Manage vendor timelines, appointments and engagement agreements
Ensure appropriate escalation paths are followed and timely resolution is accomplished
Provide suggestions in order to assist the team with resolving every day operational challenges
Attend and participate in regular department meetings and provide feedback when necessary
