This position is located in the San Diego (Downtown) office. Your standard hours will be determined.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • 2 years database or marketing experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2 years database or marketing experience in a law firm or professional services organization

  • Working knowledge of InterAction and Vuture software

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Good attention to detail to ensure data integrity

  • Strong analytical skills

What will your day look like?

Your responsibilities will include monitoring mailing-related electronic mailboxes, and responding to email inquiries including removal requests in compliance with regional regulations and bar rules. You will also qualify and standardize contacts for both US postal and electronic mail, including duplicate merging, and assist with contact validation and profiling, using external resources for research.
