A San Diego based marketing company is looking for an Executive Assistant to come on board! This Executive Assistant role is responsible for assisting the C-level with calendar management, setting up conference meetings and assisting with email and letter dictation. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, entering expense reports, and other clerical duties such as data entry and filing when needed. A successful Executive Assistant will be able to take instructions and initiative, work at a quick pace and must be Microsoft Office Suite proficient.
