Engility is in need of an Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Facilitator to support our Tactical Training Group Pacific War Game Support program in San Diego, CA.
The mission at TACTRAGRUPAC is to provide advanced tactical training to warriors in order to improve their proficiency in war fighting and joint operations and also to meet the unified commander's requirements for the men and women assigned to the THIRD, FIFTH, and SEVENTH fleets.
The ISR Facilitators place of performance is Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP), Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGP), with occasional travel to Fleet Concentration Areas. Work is in support of war games and high-end fleet training. The ISR Facilitator is responsible for incorporating ISR collection training requirements into synthetic training scenarios. Develop theater ISR/collection planning documents tailored for stimulation of CSG/ESG SUPPLOT/EXPLOT watch-standing, systems and intelligence fusion processes. They will also manage theater ISR/collection assets and systems during synthetic training events in support of intelligence training objectives.
The ISR Facilitator will integrate current MOC/theater-level ISR operations, processes and policies as well as current and emerging theater and organic strike group ISR platform capabilities into CSG/ESG training scenarios. They will develop Visual Information (VI) stimulation events; provide feedback/training metrics on CSG/ESG staff employment of ISR assets; operate ISR simulation systems & develop and provide ISR capabilities-related briefings
U.S. Citizen with an Active TS/SCI level security clearance
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Intelligence Collection Management experience at group level or above (strike group, fleet/maritime operations center, and/or COCOM level).
Experience with and knowledge of national, theater (joint) and organic CSG/ESG (ARG-MEU) ISR assets, capabilities/limitations, employment, policies, and processes.
USN Experience with UAVs and associated PED architecture.
Operational collection management experience in CENTCOM and/or PACOM AORs.
Formal Collection Management training (i.e. Naval Collection Manager Course).
