Contract Services Group, Inc. is currently seeking to hire a Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant/Lead Generator with a minimum of two years experience.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant/Lead Generator

Reports To: The Sales Manager and The Marketing Manager

Overview : The Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and operational support to Sales and Marketing Managers.

Position Status:

  • Long term -Part-time position with the potential to move up to Full-time (Flexible Schedule Available between Monday thru Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm)

  • $15.00 per hour plus bonuses

Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant/Lead Generator Job Duties:

  • Provides Support to upper Management

  • Develop quality leads and opportunities for new business via telephone and digital communication such as email and social media to introduce Contract Services Group, Inc.

  • Identify key decision makers and all associated companies/individuals.

  • Follow up on potential leads and conduct research to identify primary contacts.

  • Perform general clerical assistance to the Sales and Marketing Managers

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, special reports, memoranda, word processing. Compose letters and routine correspondence

  • Responsible for reception and telephone duties/email duties

  • May be required to make meeting and travel arrangements

  • Add and Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

  • Take thorough notes to create meeting agendas, summaries and internal records

  • Manage Sales Team calendar of meetings and events

  • Ability to update and maintain all PowerPoint presentations for the office

  • Assist in Sales and Marketing Projects as needed

Required Experience and Knowledge Preferred

  • Inside Sales Experience a plus

  • 2 years Administrative Assistant experience

  • Ability to meet or exceed determined sales and activity quotas

  • At least 1 year experience in customer service with excellent Client Service Skills a plus

  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with CRM Software preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
