Our client is a national market leader in providing their clients with targeted programs to meet their needs. Dealing with niche markets, they strive to provide their clients with top notch customer service and need your help to ensure this is happening in their current programs.

The responsibilities for this exciting position are as follows:

  • Coordination and Management of the mystery shopping team (Independent Contractors)

  • Performing Quality Assurance on all current programs

  • Reviewing all Mystery Shopper data and information

  • Analyzing data and creating program improvement plans based on information presented

  • Working in tandem with Operations Team and Field Team

  • Managing schedules, time sheets and other administrative duties as assigned

Working hours: M-F 9a-5:30p



  • 1-2 years of management experience

  • 1-2 of Quality Assurance experience

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus!

  • Team Player

  • Must be extremely detail oriented

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant job experience
