This position is located in the San Diego - Downtown office. Standard hours will span a standard business day and be determined upon hire

Legal Support team members are vital to our clients. they provide innovative, on-time support to attorneys and paralegals and provide world-class service to our clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma

  • 2 years’ clerical experience in a law firm or professional services organization

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team-oriented

  • Accurate proofreader

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Requirements:

  • College degree

  • Experience supporting a Litigation and/or Corporate practice group

What will your day look like?

Your responsibilities will include creating, transcribing, revising, proofreading and maintaining a variety of legal documents. You will organize and manage HighQ and document closing binders, process expense reimbursements, coordinate meetings, send invitations, book conference rooms, and other administrative tasks.

You will exercise judgment in delegating administrative tasks to appropriate firm resources and maintain responsibility for all work and ensure that is completed on time and is a quality work product. You will provide general client support and may have client contact.
